  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free delivery on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
  • Any additional charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details.
  • You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your order’s status on the courier partner’s website.

Failed Deliveries

  • If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or other reasons beyond our control, the courier may attempt redelivery.
  • If the package is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipment. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or notice missing items, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the damaged product for resolution.
